A Practical, Mind-Body
Informed Approach

No 'Fixing' You
Just Tools That Help

Living with migraine often means navigating a nervous system that reacts more quickly and intensely to stress, stimulation, and uncertainty.

Over time, many people find themselves pushing through symptoms, trying to maintain normal routines, and feeling frustrated when their body doesn’t cooperate.

The work we do together starts from a different place.

Rather than forcing the body to behave differently, we focus on understanding how your nervous system works and developing practical ways to support it.

Through mindfulness, mind-body awareness, and pacing strategies, you learn to notice patterns, reduce unnecessary strain, and respond to symptoms with more clarity and choice.

This isn’t about pushing harder or chasing quick fixes.

It’s about learning to work with your nervous system so life becomes steadier, more manageable, and more supportive of your wellbeing.

Living with migraine often means managing far more than pain days.

It can mean navigating fatigue, sensory sensitivity, brain fog, unpredictable symptoms, and the constant effort of trying to keep life running while your nervous system is under strain.

If this sounds familiar, you're not alone.

This work focuses on helping you build steadiness and agency in everyday life.

We focus on three areas that can make the biggest difference in daily life with migraine:

Is This Support Right For You?

Living with migraine often means navigating uncertainty, fatigue, and a nervous system that can feel easily overwhelmed.

Many people who find their way here have already tried a number of medical approaches and are looking for additional ways to better understand their symptoms, support their nervous system, and navigate everyday life with more steadiness.

This work may be a good fit if you:

  • live with migraine or a sensitive nervous system and want practical ways to manage symptoms

  • feel caught in cycles of pushing through and crashing, and want to develop more sustainable rhythms

  • want to better understand your migraine patterns, triggers, and nervous system responses

  • are looking for supportive guidance as you navigate work, responsibilities, and daily life with migraine

  • you feel overwhelmed implementing lifestyle recommendations between appointments

  • you've received helpful recommendations from healthcare providers but find it difficult to implement them consistently in everyday life

  • are open to exploring mind-body tools, pacing strategies, and nervous system awareness

This work may not be the right fit if you are looking for medical diagnosis or treatment. Coaching is designed to complement medical care, not replace it.

If you're unsure whether this type of support would be helpful for you, you're very welcome to book a conversation so we can explore whether it feels like a good fit.

About Coach Natanya

I was diagnosed with migraine at age five and have spent decades learning how to live with a sensitive nervous system.

Like many people with migraine, I spent years trying to push through symptoms and meet expectations that didn't match what my body needed.

Over time, I discovered that a different approach was possible.

By understanding how the nervous system works and learning practical ways to support it, life can become steadier and more manageable.

Today I combine lived experience, professional coaching training, mindfulness practice, and practical tools to help others build greater awareness, agency, and support for their own nervous systems.
