Support for your patients living with migraine.

Migraine care does not end when the appointment does. Many patients understand recommendations in theory, but struggle to integrate them into daily life. I offer practical, compassionate coaching support for people living with migraine, alongside medical care.

Coaching alongside medical care

My coaching compliments medical care. It is not medical treatment, therapy, or advice. It is coaching support that helps clients make sense of the day-to-day impact of migraine, build sustainable routines, communicate needs, pace more effectively, and reconnect with a sense of agency.

Integrating recommendations

Turning medical guidance into realistic rhythms, decisions, and practices that fit daily life.

Pacing, capacity & daily life

Support with energy limits, workload, sensory demands, family responsibilities, boundaries, and sustainable routines.

Stress load & self-trust

Helping clients notice patterns, reduce strain where possible, respond with more compassion, and rebuild trust in themselves.

What I do ... and what I do not do

I do support clients with:

  • pacing, routines, and energy management

  • communication and self-advocacy

  • stress load and nervous system support

  • integrating recommendations in real life

  • rebuilding confidence, agency, and self-trust

I do not provide:

  • diagnosis

  • medication advice

  • treatment plans

  • therapy or crisis support

  • replacement for medical care

A grounded, informed approach

My approach brings together ICF coach training, mindfulness-based facilitation, lived experience with migraine, and years working alongside people navigating chronic illness and other disadvantages.
I stay within my scope and work with deep respect for the medical care you provide.
