Living with migraine can be unpredictable, isolating, and often difficult for others to fully understand.

For many people, it is not just about pain days. It is about navigating energy, work, relationships, and daily life while never quite knowing when symptoms might change the plan. Over time, that unpredictability can create stress, self-doubt, and a feeling of constantly trying to keep up with a body that has its own rules.

I understand this personally. I was diagnosed with migraine at the age of five, and for much of my life I tried to push through symptoms and uncertainty, hoping that determination alone would be enough. What I eventually discovered is that living with migraine requires a different kind of approach, one that works with your body, your nervous system, rather than constantly pushing against it.

Explore ways to
work together

Coaching compliments medical care, it doesn't replace it.

My Journey With Migriane

Migraine has shaped my life in ways that have led me to a deep interest in how people can care for themselves while living with complex neurological conditions.

As I began learning more about the nervous system, mindfulness, and mind-body approaches to health, I saw how powerful it can be when people develop practical tools that support their daily lives. Medical care plays an essential role in managing treatment, but many people are left navigating the day-to-day realities of migraine largely on their own between appointments.

This is where coaching can make a meaningful difference.

You don't need to push harder.

You need tools that help you work with your body rather than against it.

Why Coaching Helps Between Appointments

Medical care plays an essential role in diagnosing and treating migraine.
However, many people find that the day-to-day reality of living with migraine still requires ongoing navigation between appointments.

Questions often arise around pacing, stress, sleep, routines, work demands, relationships, home life, and how to implement medical recommendations in real life.

Migraine coaching provides a supportive space to explore these challenges and develop practical strategies that help people feel balanced and more supported as they manage their condition.

Coaching compliments medical care and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment.

What It's Like To Work Together

Coaching sessions are designed to be calm, practical, and realistic for people living with migraine and headache.

Together we explore patterns, identify areas of unnecessary stress or overload, and develop supportive strategies that fit your life and energy levels.

Our work often focuses on three areas:

  • Awareness - understanding personal patterns and noticing what supports your body and your nervous system

  • Regulation - reducing stress and creating conditions that help the nervous system settle

  • Implementation - developing routines and strategies that are sustainable in everyday life

There is no pressure to push through. The focus is on building steadiness and resilience over time.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, listening to music, travelling and exploring new places, and I appreciate a good sense of humour and the lightness it can bring to everyday life.

My work is guided by the belief that even when living with a chronic condition like migraine, it is still possible to cultivate balance and steadiness, resilience, and moments of joy and ease.
