If You Experience Symptoms
This program is designed with migraine in mind.
If you're having a high-symptom day, you are absolutely welcome to:
attend with your camera off
lie down
take breaks
step away as needed
listen rather than participate
You are not behind. You are not a burden. You are part of the group, exactly as you are.
